About the instructor
I was educated in the United Kingdom, graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a Bachelors degree in law.
After finishing my legal studies I spent a brief time working in a law firm before moving to Korea to teach English to adults in 2002.
During my time in Korea, I have developed and implemented BCM Language Institute's revolutionary business English Programme, First Class Business. I have also designed and written numerous courses specifically for the Korean business professional as well as authoring the book "Story Presentation" which was published in Korea in 2011.
Today, I run my own communications company, Fandcorp English Solutions, specialising in international communication through presenting and writing as well as cultural training courses for all business people wishing to do business globally.
I am also the founder and owner of Carl Pullein Personal Productivity, a consultancy helping people from around the world to become super productive, less stressed and to focus on the things that are important to them.
I am also a Visiting Professor of Business Creativity at Kyung Hee University, Seoul where I teach students how to start their own businesses
In those rare moments of free time, I enjoy running in marathons and watching James Bond movies over and over again. I live in Seoul with my wife and little Yorkshire Terrier, Barney.
Your Digital Life
I am the author of Your Digital Life, a book on getting organised and productive in the twenty-first century. I also present my own YouTube channel dedicated to helping people to use their technology to become more productive in both their professional and personal life and I write every week on topics related to being more productive and less stressed.

Life can be chaotic. it is so easy to get caught up in a never-ending stream of work, commitments and more work which leaves us unable to focus on the things that are important to us. The thought of finding time to sit down and get on with planning what we really want out of life seems a joke.
Meanwhile, each new day changes into another new day, which soon becomes a week and then a month and we have still not moved any closer to achieving the things we have always wanted to achieve. Life seems to be a combination of other people’s urgent tasks and a lack of time to spend doing the things we want to do, like spending more time with our friends, spouses, partners and family.

That is why I created this premium course, Time and Life Mastery. It is a course created to help you get your life back. To become the master of your own time and your own life, so you can prioritise what is important to you and focus on the things that will help you accomplish the goals you want to accomplish with the people you want to accomplish them with.
The course is split into two parts. The first part focuses on life management. How to make sure you are prioritising what is important in your life and not someone else’s. It shows you how to discover what is important to you and introduces you to the Vision Timeline. A great tool you can use to keep you on track, and motivated, towards achieving what you want to achieve.
The second part deals with time, how you can maximise your time so you get what is important done, while at the same time taking time out to rest and relax. Without sufficient rest and relaxation, you will never perform at your best.
This course will give you the tools and know-how to get back control of your own life, and take you towards achieving the things you want to achieve through a little planning and time. I know the skills taught in this course work. I know because I have lived them for the last ten years and in that time I have founded two companies I still run today, Fandcorp English Solutions and Carl Pullein Productivity. I have written and published four books, with a fifth on it’s way later this year. and I am a visiting Professor at Kyung Hee University here in Seoul. I am also a husband, a son and a brother. How do I fit all these things in my life? Easy. I practice what I teach. I would never have been able to do all these things if I did not have a plan, mastered my time and my life and not put all that in to a system that allows me to get all my work done each day with enough time to spare to spend quality time with my wife and family and get sufficient rest each day.
Because I know it works, and because I believe in the potential of all of us to achieve amazing things, I want to bring all I have learned about time and life mastery into one course so I can show as many people as possible that you can take control of your life. You can do the things you want to do. And you can create a life you will be proud of.
